Michael has worked as a consultant for the last 14 years. During that time, he has safely carried out a large number of transformation projects. Millions have been achieved in improvements in cooperation with the customer's employees.
The work ranges from, process optimization, implementation of new management systems, change management and selection of partners for digital solutions for cultural change and merging of factories globally.
Michael has more than 25 years of experience from general management and the production and supply chain area. Michael has been sitting on the other side of the table on several occasions and has been buying consultants several times.
It is clear that this gives Michael a unique understanding of the customer and how to cooperate. Similarly, Michael has a well-developed ability to quickly familiarize himself with the customer's situation and a great deal of knowledge of a number of tools and the methodology we use.

Jan has more than 25 years of experience as an operational and profit improvement consultant.
Started as a consultant, project manager and has for 10 years been part of the top management among others as responsible for Analyzer i Europe, director of DACH in a global consulting company, COO and most recently as responsible for customer relations from start to finish in a Danish consulting house.
There have been more than 100 analysis and a large number of implementation projects.
Jan has worked globally, most of the time in a wide range of industries / sectors and with a wide range of themes. This has given a deep understanding of both issues, core cause and, not least, solutions and potentials.
